Terms And Conditions

This is to be filled out by the participant, parent or guardian of the participant and anyone who participates in the climbing/belaying activities at the venues operated by Ascent Sport Academy.


I, the undersigned user, hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in participating at climbing activities. I recognize and understand these risks and release the Operator, the venue management and owners and the employees thereof from any liability that may result from these risks, including the risk of physical injury.


I understand that the operator is taking all precautions with regards to the wall and personal safety and adheres to all regulations as stated by the relevant authorities. Still, unforeseeable instances can occur, and I am responsible for my own safety.


I also understand the rules and guidelines of the climbing facility and agree to abide by these rules for the sake of my personal safety, the safety of other climbers, and the facility.


I acknowledge that the climbing wall operator and owner has taken appropriate steps to make the Rock Wall a safe and enjoyable environment for all its participants.
